To start creating a custom dress, a contract is signed for the tailoring of the dress, after which a 30% deposit of the dress cost is made

For rentals, it is recommended to book the dress 1-2 months before the event to have time to choose the right dress and conduct the necessary fittings
While rented dresses are provided as is to maintain their quality and integrity for all clients, we offer accessories and minor adjustments, such as temporary hemming, to ensure a perfect fit. If you are looking for a fully customized experience, the ideal choice would be the custom dress tailoring service
For custom dress orders, cancellation is possible except for the 30% non-refundable deposit. For a partial refund of the rental cost, the cancellation must be made no later than 10 days before the event. Please see our full policy for details
